Shipping policy

 

For items shipped by Martian Wheels: Items in stock will be shipped in 1-4 business days. Products shipping from our facility are carefully inspected for damage or imperfection before packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way, take photos and notate the damage when receiving the item. If the box is damaged in any way please note that on the shipment documents and take photographs of the box and product if damaged. Martian Wheels does not provide shipping insurance on any orders. If you would like your shipment insured, you must select and pay for Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. Orders shipped without Route coverage are not eligible for claims related to loss, theft, or damage in transit. For items shipped directly from a third party: Martian Wheels cannot assist with items shipped by a third party. Martian Wheels has no control over packaging, shipping or damage claims for any shipment sent by a third party to the customer.
